Cooperative customer: an international brand of new energy vehicles

Customer requirements: Development of high temperature, aging resistance and excellent air tightness of the silicone sealing ring, to meet the long-term 

stability of the battery pack in extreme environments (-40 ° C ~150 ° C), and IP67 protection certification.


East Blue Scheme:


Material customization: Self-developed silica gel material with high tear resistance is used to improve temperature resistance and compressive permanent 

deformation resistance through nano-filler modification technology;


Process optimization: Liquid silicone injection molding (LSR) process is used to achieve seamless sealing ring, ensuring dimensional accuracy of ±0.03mm;


Test and verification: Simulate the battery pack vibration, high and low temperature cycle and other extreme conditions, complete 2000 hours of aging test, 

product life increased by 40%.
