Service creates value, existence shapes the future.
We partnered with a large domestic new energy vehicle company to provide a sealing solution for the battery packs of their latest electric vehicles. The car uses an 800V high-pressure platform, which puts high demands on the battery seal: it needs to be completely waterproof and dust-proof, can adapt to extreme temperatures from minus 40 degrees to 150 degrees, and also guarantees a service life of at least 10 years or 200,000 kilometers.
Our solution
Special materials Research and development:
A new silica gel material has been developed, which can effectively resist the corrosion of battery electrolyte
The material has passed strict flame retardant tests, and will not melt and drip in high temperatures
Especially optimized anti-aging performance, long-term use is not easy to deformation
Advanced production process:
The innovative vulcanization process has increased production efficiency by 40%
Laser-assisted technology is used to ensure that the seal joint is perfectly integrated
Intelligent inspection system is introduced to ensure that each product is accurate and up to standard
Strict test verification:
A special testing laboratory has been established
Various extreme use environments are simulated
Completed 3,000 charge and discharge cycle tests (far exceeding industry standards)
Results of cooperation
Help customer battery packs pass the most stringent waterproof and dust proof certification
Product defect rate controlled at very low level (12 parts per million)
The cost of the bike saved 85 yuan for the customer
This model becomes the first product in the industry to pass the "double national standard" test
Customer feedback
"East Blue's sealing solution not only meets our technical requirements, but also helps us improve the overall performance of the battery system, which is an important guarantee for vehicle life and safety," said the head of battery development at the customer.
